Chia Pudding

An alternative snack, breakfast or even dessert option that is quick and easy to prepare.

Chia seeds are sometimes labelled with the ‘super food’ title… we like to think of them as foods that are super…. like all foods. Chia seeds are high in;  

  • Protein

  • Healthy fats

  • Fibre

Ingredients 

  • Approx. 2 tbsp. of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of milk (of your choice)

  • 1 tsp. of maple syrup

  • ¼ cup of frozen or fresh blueberries

Method

This is a super simple process of placing your chia seeds in a cup, adding your milk and mixing well. Add in your maple syrup and frozen raspberries and allow to set in the fridge overnight. Your chia pudding should be a jelly consistency when ready to eat! YUM!
