work with us 1:1 nutrition program
The Sustainable Shift is an 8-Week Nutrition Program to help you lose weight without the restriction, rules or rebound
Feel like you’ve tried everything, yet nothing sticks?
If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, feeling guilty around food, or jumping from one diet to the next—you're not alone.
Most “quick fix” programs don’t actually fix anything. They give you a strict plan, unrealistic rules, and zero flexibility for real life. They ignore your habits, your mindset, your schedule, your stress, and you.
That’s why we created The Sustainable Shift.
This isn’t another generic meal plan or 30-day challenge.
It’s an 8-week, completely personalised program designed to help you:
Lose weight in a realistic and compassionate way
Understand your habits and what’s actually driving them
Build healthy routines that fit your life - not disrupt it
Learn how to eat in a way that feels good (and still satisfies)
LET’S BE HONEST
You don’t need another diet. You need a sustainable shift that prioritises progress over perfection
We also believe real change is built slowly, with support, structure, and small wins that add up. And that you deserve to feel good in your body - without obsessing over every bite.
Here’s what’s included inside The Sustainable Shift:
-
1 x Initial Nutrition Assessment
We’ll dig deep into your health history, lifestyle, and goals to tailor your nutrition plan to you
-
3 x Follow-Up Consults
Ongoing support and accountability to keep you on track, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate progress
-
Email support between sessions
Life happens between appointments and we’ll be here to support you through it and keep you accountable
-
Personalised tools, resources & strategies
No cookie-cutter content. Just practical guides and mindset tools that work for real people with real lives.

A dietitian is a food and nutrition expert who has undergone at least 4 years of university training, along with maintaining a minimum amount of education and professional development each year to remain accredited. Dietitians are legally recognised and regulated.
A nutritionist is a broader term that can refer to anyone who gives advice about food and healthy eating. Some are qualified, with degrees and certifications, but in many places, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist — even without formal training or a license.
All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians 😉 Here at Eating 4 Health - we are both!
-
We request that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee.
