Chicken Wraps

Dinner doesn’t have to be a masterpiece! Sometimes just a few simple salad ingredients, a packet of wraps and a roast chook can be the easiest thing to do after work and school… much more nutritious then any fast food!

NOTE: You can be super flexible with your salad ingredients, anything you have in your fridge would do!

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of spinach and rocket (alternatively, you can use any lettuce; iceberg, cos)

  • 2 grated carrots

  • 1 diced capsicum

  • 1.5 cups of low fat cheese

  • 2 medium tomatoes diced

  • 1x 150gram tub of herbed chobani tatziki (trust me – it taste just like a cheeseburger)

  • 1 packet of Helga’s multigrain wraps

Method

Just slice and dice all of your ingredients, place out on the table and everyone is free to pick and choose their fillings!
