MEET THE FOUNDER OF EATING 4 HEALTH
Hey, I’m Nikki
I’m an accredited practising dietitian, mum of two, and founder of Eating 4 Health. I started this clinic because I genuinely love helping people feel better in their bodies and more confident around food. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked in hospitals, clinics, and private practice, supporting clients through everything from chronic health conditions to everyday nutrition struggles. No two people are the same, which is why I take a personalised approach with every client. Whether you’ve been referred by your GP, dealing with something ongoing, or just want some clarity on what actually works for you, you’re in the right place.
At Eating 4 Health, our goal is to take the overwhelm out of nutrition and offer support that feels both realistic and achievable - because food should support your life, not stress you out.
